We were already tired of looking for contractors to remodel our kitchen when Chris was mentioned with the word “perfectionist” attached.  We talked with Chris, liked his ideas. The bid we received was well detailed and reasonable.  Chris made suggestions that made what would have been an ordinary kitchen remodel, into one that gave us a “perfect” kitchen!  There was never pressure to accept his suggestions, but his experience in building and his reasons supporting his suggestions were obvious.  We expected dust everywhere, that didn’t happen. The workspace was organized, clean and went smoothly.  When we asked for possible changes, he would reply, “I can do that, I can do anything.”  His work proved not only that he could, but that he could do it to perfection!

We have now been using our kitchen for some time, and we love it. Everything works and everything looks great! Our kitchen turned out to be the warmest (not only in looks, but from heated floors), friendliest (background music, excellent lighting, television) room in the house.

We were not only pleased with his work, which was perfect! Chris is also an excellent businessman. He provided us with lien releases prior to expecting final payment.  He has a good reputation in the industry. Not only a clean record with the State, but his subcontractors like him and were on time and on budget.  We enjoyed his personality and his work ethic.  We are asking Chris back to complete a few more projects for us.

"We purchased a 1937 home from a ninety-five year old woman who had owned it for fifty years. While the home was darling, it required extensive restoration, beginning with the main sewer line outside our home to gutting the kitchen and entire downstairs living area, creating a new bathroom on the first floor, changing out the drains deep under the cement sub floor in the basement, changing out and redirecting duct work, building a fireplace mantel for the first floor to match the mantel on the second floor, and installing a new roof and gutters. From the first photos to the last nail it was all great work. We would rehire Ginsberg Custom Homes for all of our building needs anytime.

"Ginsberg Custom Homes did a full exterior remodel of our 1928 Craftsman
home and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the results. We loved the
artistic sensibility and attention to detail they brought to the project.
We'll call on Chris and his team of artisans when we're ready to add onto
our most valuable asset."

Chris Ginsberg with Ginsberg Custom Homes is someone who is meticulous from start to finish. We've hired them for an extension to our Greenlake home and also to create a bathroom and bedroom in our present home on Mercer Island. He and his crew are tidy and respectful of your house. Chris is a perfectionist, you can't find fault with his painting, millwork or the finished job.

"Several years ago, my wife Janet and me, were told by a number of contractors that the addition to our house couldn't be done, it was too expensive and would look terrible - not bad but TERRIBLE. The last name on our list was Chris Ginsberg. He looked the project over met with us to say how he could not only do the job but improve upon our design. What others said couldn't be done - Chris did. What other said it was too expensive - Chris built our addition better and for less money. What others said would look TERRIBLE - Chris made it the talk of the neighborhood.

You did it Chris ... by the way, the other four (4) projects you constructed
for us were even better. Even the Bothell building inspector said he's never
seen a better constructed projects. So, Thank you Chris ... it doesn't get
any better than this.
