"We purchased a 1937 home from a ninety-five year old woman who had owned it for fifty years. While the home was darling, it required extensive restoration, beginning with the main sewer line outside our home to gutting the kitchen and entire downstairs living area, creating a new bathroom on the first floor, changing out the drains deep under the cement sub floor in the basement, changing out and redirecting duct work, building a fireplace mantel for the first floor to match the mantel on the second floor, and installing a new roof and gutters. From the first photos to the last nail it was all great work. We would rehire Ginsberg Custom Homes for all of our building needs anytime.
